- My name is Brittany Snow and I've been married to my best friend for 9 1/2 years. I'm a stay at home mom to two very active toddlers-a 4 year old and a 3 year old. I'm participating in the 100-day Heart Challenge because I'm tired of my weight controlling my life. I want to learn the tools to help myself and my family become healthier.
